no matter what,
let’s keep it simple.

We like to keep everything as simple as possible. Whether you want all of our services or, for example, just a deep clean, it is all based on an hourly rate.

We customize to your needs. You can declutter to the point of what’s comfortable for you before we arrive, you can come along for the ride and organize together with us that day, or you can just have us make all the decisions and decide what to keep/toss/donate.

And listen, yall. We get it. We don’t want to waste your time (or money). We work as efficiently and effectively as we can while making sure we cover each space or item to the best of our ability. However, if your house isn’t somewhat tidy or it’s on the brink of disaster before we arrive to clean / organize, this cuts into our time. We ask that most people ‘clean up’ (use this word losely) or tidy up before we arrive. If you can’t, that’s fine too! Just fair warning that it will obviously take us longer if we can’t reach the thing we are trying to clean or organize.

NOTE : All cleaning supplies are included in the hourly rate. Any organization bins needed for this: We can pick these up for you and bill you seperately OR we can tell you what to purchase and you can buy them yourselves.
